[0:00] Well, good morning and welcome. My name is Travis. I'm one of the pastors here at One Harbor Church.
[0:10] It's so good to be with you guys again in this week's online worship experience. Hey guys, as we begin the service this week, I just wanna lead you towards a thought that will prepare our hearts better for worship.
[0:25] I know if you're anything like me, it's so easy this many weeks into this thing and we're watching stuff online, we're consuming content on our phone or on our laptop and it's so tempting to just push it aside and maybe have it played in the background, no different than we would maybe one of our favorite shows or a YouTube clip, but this is so much different from that.
[0:47] Each week, pastors and teachers and leaders have prepared something from their heart that they feel like God wants to say to each of us and so it is so good to lean in and to push through and listen through these.
[0:59] I know we've heard verses like where two or more are gathered, that God will be in the midst, but I'd like to point your attention towards a verse in Jeremiah 33, verse three, you can look it up. It says that when we seek the Lord, that he will hear us and that he will answer us, but not only that, that he will show us unsearchable things, hidden things, unthinkable things at times.
[1:21] And it's this amazing promise that when we seek the presence of the Lord, that oftentimes things will happen that only God can show us. And so wherever you're viewing this video today, whether you're in your car or whether you're gathered around the living room with your family, I just want to encourage you to lean in, to depress in to what God may have for you this morning as we prepare for worship.
[1:43] I'm gonna open this up in a word of prayer. Lord, we thank you so much that even though we can't be together physically, that we can be together in spirit. And it says that you will embody where we are.
[1:55] And so we thank you that when we seek you, you hear us and you answer us, that you reveal yourself to us. Above all else, we want your presence in our life and among us as a community.
[2:06] So Lord, we love you. We thank you. We lift our hearts to you and make this moment about you in your name. Amen. Amen. Lonely my sorrow and dead in my sin Lost without hope and no place to begin Your love made a way to let mercy call me When death was arrested and my life began Ash was redeemed, only beauty remains My often heart was given a name My morning grew quiet, my feet rose to dance When death was arrested and my life began Oh, your grace so free
[3:08] Marshes over me You have made me new Now life begins with you It's your endless love pouring down on us You have made us new Now life begins with you Released from my chains Released from my chains I'm a prisoner of no more My shame was arrested and faithfully poor He canceled my death and he called me his friend When death was arrested and my life began Oh, your grace so free
[4:10] What she's over me You have made me new You have made me new Now life begins with you It's your endless love pouring down on us You have made me new Now life begins with you Our Savior displayed on a criminal's cross Darkness rejoiced as though heaven had passed But then Jesus arose with our freedom in hand
[5:11] That's when death was arrested and my life began Oh, your grace so free What she's over me You have made me new Now life begins with you It's your endless love pouring down on us You have made me new Now life begins with you Oh, we're free, free, forever we're free Come join us all We're free, free, forever we're free When death was arrested and my life began
[6:16] Oh, we're free, we're free, forever we're free Come join us all Yes, we're free, forever we're free Yes, we're free, forever we're free When death was arrested and my life began When death was arrested and my life began When death was arrested and my life began I cast my life to Calvary I cast my life to Calvary Where Jesus bled and died for me
[7:18] I see His hands and his feet I see the land that cursed tree His body bound and drenched in tears They laid him down in Joseph's tomb The entrance sealed by heavy stone Oh, we're free, forever we're free Oh, praise the name of the Lord our God Oh, praise His name forevermore
[8:19] For your endless days we will sing your praise Oh Lord, oh Lord our God Oh Lord our God And on the floor And on the floor At wake of dawn The Son of Heaven He rose again Oh trampled death Where is your sting?
[9:02] The angels roar For Christ our King Oh, oh praise the name Of the Lord our God Oh praise His name Oh evermore For endless days we will sing your praise Oh Lord, oh Lord our God And He shall return In robes of white The blazing sun Shall pierce the light And I will rise
[10:05] Among the sea My gaze transfixed on Jesus' face We will fix our eyes We will fix our eyes on you We will praise Oh praise the name Of the Lord our God Oh praise His name For evermore For endless days we will sing your praise Oh Lord, oh Lord, oh Lord our God Oh Lord, oh Lord our God Oh Lord, oh Lord our God Oh Lord, oh Lord our God
[11:05] Thank you, Jesus Thank you, God We thank you, God That you are worthy to be praised Even in the midst Of unknowns In the midst of chaos In the midst of Days of overwhelm Days of joy The rollercoaster of emotions God, we know that we can look to you We can praise you We can look to you for strength And comfort No matter the circumstance We thank you that you conquered it all With Jesus' blood We thank you for your presence this morning Pray that you're with us That we can look to you In Jesus' name Good morning, guys It's a pleasure worshiping with you this morning As we're still in this time of separation If you can get out your phone Give a friend a call or a text Just encourage each other well this morning That would just be absolutely amazing
[12:06] We're going to transition now Into a time of prayer Hey, good morning If we haven't met before My name's Scott I'm one of the pastors here And like many of you I have really felt the loss Of not being together in person On Sundays Being able to hug a neck And just be there for one another Has been weird And not just for us here at One Harbor But really for churches all across America And for that matter, the world It's been a real loss But in prayer, we get to unify As the church As the family of God As we come before God the Father And we ask for His help There's so many things That we can be praying for I'd love for us this morning To focus on three groups of people The first is for our government leaders Man, what an incredibly tough job These people have Their decisions And the way they lead Have such an impact On so many different people I imagine that this is a weight on them
[13:06] And I would love for us to pray for them Not pray for what we can get from them But to really pray for them For their good For their families That through this Their faith would deepen Their trust in the Lord That they would avoid temptation And that they would find peace And direction from God Himself I'd also love for us to pray Not just for those on the front lines That God would protect them from the virus But I'd love for us to pray For those that are actively working for a cure I can imagine the weight That these people are feeling As they so much want to come through They want to be the hero They want to be the one That helps save lives But with that My concern is that It almost might breed A bit of an obsession for them As they fight to find a cure And in the process Maybe derail their own lives So let's pray for them That they would also seek the Lord That they would find peace in Him That God ultimately would Provide a cure through them And then let's also pray
[14:08] For those who are sick Imagine Put yourself in their shoes For just a moment The struggle that they're feeling What it would feel like To not be able to breathe To wonder if this might be The end of their days Wondering who will care For their loved ones Parents Wondering who's going to care For their kids It must be very unsettling I'm grateful that For those who know the Lord They have the hope of God And they have peace Throughout this But what about those Who don't know Jesus As Lord and Savior Imagine the lack of hope And peace They might be feeling So let's pray That God would have mercy On them And save them During this crazy time So let's take the next Five minutes To pray for these Specific things Trusting that God Is listening to us He cares about these people Even more than we do So gather with whoever You're with right now And let's pray Big bold prayers Asking God to move You're with right now

[46:15] by knowing the beauty of God. God bless you. So if you're at home, you probably are going to take communion and that is wonderful.
[46:29] And I'll pray for you in a moment. I just wanted to give you some announcements with that. So there's communion that you can do at home. There's also, we can still give and many people have been doing that.
[46:40] It has just been amazing at God's kindness and his grace through all of this. But we also want to say, if you can't give, that's not a problem. Some of you are under pressure. We understand that totally. And God has got this.
[46:52] And so please feel free. And then if you're a visitor or even you're one of the regulars and you need to connect over something or need some more information, if you just scroll down your screen, then you'll see there's places where you can click and do all sorts of things and people will get back to you as soon as they're able to do that.
[47:09] So let me close in prayer and let's go and live fearless lives, gazing upon the beauty of God. So Lord, thank you for today. Thank you for your word. Thank you for Psalm 27. Thank you for David, who's so real and honest.
[47:22] But thank you, Lord. You're not just the God of David thousands of years ago. You're the God of today, now, in the rooms where we're sitting, in the cars where we are, on an airplane, or wherever it is that we're watching this.
[47:34] You are the God of now. And we pray in the weeks and months that lie ahead, please pull back the curtains and reveal more of who you are. I do also want to pray, Lord, for anyone who's watching, who doesn't know Jesus as their Savior, as you may be calling them, Lord Jesus, take their hearts as they surrender to you and say, Jesus, be my King, be my Savior, be my mediator.
[47:57] Lord, radically change them as you have done for so many of us. We ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen. And there I find you in the mystery And oceans deep My faith will stand And I will call upon your name And keep my eyes above the waves When oceans rise My soul will rest in your embrace For I am yours
[49:00] And you are mine You are mine Your grace abides Your grace abides in deepest waters Your sovereign hand Be my guide My feet may fail When fear surrounds me You never failed And you won't start now And I will call upon your name And keep my eyes above the waves When oceans rise
[50:00] My soul will rest in your embrace For I am yours And you are mine You are mine Spirit lead me Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders Let me walk upon the waters Wherever you would call me Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander And my faith would be made stronger In the presence of my Savior Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
[51:01] Let me walk upon the waters Let me walk upon the waters Wherever you would call me Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander And my faith would be made stronger I will be made stronger In the presence of my Savior In the presence of my Savior Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders Let me walk upon the waters Let me walk upon the waters Wherever you would call me Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander And my faith would be made stronger In the presence of my Savior Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh
[52:22] And I will call for your name. And keep my eyes above the waves.
[52:35] When oceans rise, my soul will rest in your embrace. Where I am, you are mine.
[52:52] Man, it was an honor worshiping with you guys this morning. As you've heard many times, we have six days between now and next Sunday to make disciples, to push back darkness, all for the sake of the gospel.
[53:06] We love you guys. Have an amazing week. Thank you.
